It's been four weeks since Livie was born and I FINALLY feel like I've had a productive day. Not sure where the energy has come from but I sure do welcome being productive.
First I braved target with all three children. It's funny my kids think Target is their own personal buffet. Today it was Teddy Grahams for Anna, Scooby Snack Grahams for Luke and lemon berry slurpees. I should be embarassed when I get to the register to pay and hand the cashier several open boxes of food, but I'm not.
Second was this:
Don't know why I was craving layered Jello. I thought the cravings were suppose to end with the pregnancy but they didn't. This took so long to make but well worth it. Anna and I practically ate the whole pan.
I even made this for dinner. Dinner...GET OUT! I cooked, finally I was in the mood to cook. Yeah! for my family!
Then I made cupcakes for dessert
and decoration.
It was a very productive day of cooking, baking, laundry, shopping, cleaning up around the house and packing for our weekend trip. Hopefully this is a start to a great summer.
