Pinkalicious

After several months of indecision's from the cutest 6 year old EVER, she finally decided on a Pinkalicious Party. She was thrilled with her party and I was so happy to work on all the little details.Glittery crowns and wands for everyone. I thought it would be fun for the girls to sign Anna's Pinkalicous book.
Yummy Pinkalicious cupcakes.
Lot's of sweet pink treats.
Why buy things on Etsy when I can make them myself. This tu-tu girl topper is my FAV!
Story time.
The girls colored and glittered flowers and butterfly to hang on the tree. It made such a cute centerpiece.
Game time. Pin the cherry on the cupcake.
The lunch table. I thought it would be fun to have the girls eat all green foods to along with the story. Some of the girls were not interested in the green pasta but filled up on honeydew, grapes, green apples dipped in caramel sauce and green veggies.
I made each of the girls their very own glitter cup to take home. They really like those. "Hello" who doesn't love glitter, girly, sparkly things!
Gifts! Gifts! Gifts!
Too many cute girls!

Fiesta

My sweet baby Liv turned 2 and we celebrated with a Fiesta.
So many family and friends celebrated with us."I MADE IT! I MADE IT!" My very first Pinata.Makes me happy to know that Liv loved her Pinata.Total triumph!

Full nacho bar and hot dogs, of course.
Anna mad this special centerpiece for the party.
We are enjoying every minute of this little girl.
Mom's favorite things about her:
How well she sleeps. Put her in her crib and she lays down and waits for the covers.
Her laugh, its so raspy and low.
Toes, toes, toes. They are fat and stumpy and she always wants them painted.
All attitude! Watch out this girl will put you in check. She is queen of the palace.
Anna:
She's cute.
The way she talks.
Her voice.
When she says my name.
Luke:
Her smile. it's so cute.
When Livie says "Ahhh! Ahhh!"

Happy Birthday to my Livie!

Happy 50th!

Just Keep Running

After a full year of planning the weekend finally came. Ragnar Wastach Back 2011.
So the weekend went like this:
10 hour drive to Utah on Thursday for a 6pm team dinner. After dinner made the hour drive to Brigham City to try and sleep. Except that's kinda hard when the hotel is way gross. Did our best to get 4 hours of sleep. 4am wake up call and we headed to Logan for a 5:45am start time. That was way to early and of course we were running late.Barbara all lit up and ready to run.Liz and I all smiles at 6am. Can't believe we've been friends since Kindergarten.
Best Part...running this race with my mom! She amazes me and she can totally hang with my friends. Our team "iron-women" Shirley. This 61 year old can make grown men cry! 3 marathons this year already.
This run was bananas! and YES that is a banana and not something else!Van 2, so cute. Kendall our only guy joined just 4 days before the race. Melanie (int the blue) was always the calm voice in my head. It's my blog so I can say "I am so proud of myself!"Ashley loved every minute of the race. I loved her positive attitude. There were times I really needed it.Even got to hang out with my brother. Maybe some day I'll be invited to be on his COOL team. I won't hold my breath! The End!Napa Valley here we come!!!
